采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测抗凋亡基因bcl-2在72例胆管癌中的表达,25例肝细胞肝癌的癌旁肝组织汇管区胆管上皮作为对照。结果bcl-2在53例高、中分化胆管癌中的表达强于在19例低分化胆管癌的表达(P<0.01),在37例肝内胆管癌的表达强于在35例肝外胆管癌的表达(P<0.05),在全部胆管癌中的表达与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),提示bcl-2在胆管癌中表达与其分化有关,且其抗凋亡作用在肝内、外胆管癌中可能存在差异。
The expression of anti-apoptosis gene bcl-2 was detected in 72 cases of cholangiocarcinoma by immunohistochemical SABC method, and the bile duct epithelium in the portal area of paraneoplastic liver tissue of 25 cases of hepatocellular carcinoma was used as a control. Results The expression of bcl-2 was higher in 53 cases of high-grade and moderately-differentiated cholangiocarcinoma than in 19 cases of poorly-differentiated cholangiocarcinoma (P<0.01). The expression of bcl-2 was higher in 37 cases of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma than in 35 cases of liver. The expression of extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (P<0.05) was not significantly different from that of the control group in all cholangiocarcinomas (P>0.05), suggesting that bcl-2 expression in cholangiocarcinoma is related to its differentiation and its resistance Apoptosis may be different in intrahepatic and extrahepatic bile duct cancers.
