我港现有10余台配置了ZF WG200型动力换挡变速器的CLG856型装载机,这些装载机经常出现挂挡不走车、无Ⅲ、Ⅳ挡等故障,给港口的正常生产带来一定影响。本文讲述该型变速器工作原理,并针对上述故障讲述排查方法。1.工作原理ZF WG200型动力换挡变速器,由液力变矩器和定轴式变速器组成,其中定轴式变速器设有6个多片湿式摩擦片离合器,可在带负荷(不切断动力)状态下接合与分离。挂挡时,相对应的换挡缸活塞伸出,将离合器摩擦片压紧;摘挡时,依靠离合器内螺旋弹簧的反作用力,
