《预包装食品标签通则》和《食品标签国家标准实施指南》注定要站在2004年行业规定的风口浪尖上。各地奶企、奶协之问的一场口水战之后,国际包装巨头利乐、国际纸业就此问题的明争暗斗仍在继续。双方都清楚,这场由《实施指南》一纸规定引发的“战争”,争的并不是鲜奶的概念,更不是“生鲜”和“新鲜”的文字游戏,而是中国千亿元的包装市场。
“General Principles of Labeling of Pre-packaged Food” and “Guidelines for the Implementation of National Standards of Food Labeling” are bound to stand on the cusp of the industry regulations in 2004. After a round of war between dairy enterprises and the dairy industry, the international packaging giant Tetra Pak and Intercontinental Paper continue their battles over this issue. Both parties are aware that this “war” triggered by the “Implementation Guide” piece of paper does not compete for the concept of milk, nor is it a “fresh” or a “fresh” word game, but a Chinese one hundred billion yuan Packaging market.
