一、当前中学教师的现状1.教师的幸福程度不高。教师的幸福是什么?当不同程度的需求得以实现时,就可获得不同程度的幸福。在所有的需求中,自我实现的需要才是最高层次的需要。当这种需求达到时,他就可能获得最大的幸福。然而,在中学教师中,有一部分是出于生理或安全的需求而从事教师职业的,也就是说,他们的工作是被动的,他们的需要是低层次的。对他们而言,只要有稳定的工作来打发每一天,有固定的工资维持生活,就心满意足了。
