由中央宣传部、司法部联合召开的第六次全国法制宣传教育工作会议于5月12日上午在北京开幕。中共中央政治局常委、中央政法委书记罗干出席会议并讲话。罗干强调,要以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面落实科学发展观,深入开展法制宣传教育,进一步提高全民法律素质,牢固树立社会主义荣辱观;进一步增强公务员社会主义法治理念,提高依法行政能力;
