1979年4月我科收治1例巨型腮腺混合瘤患者,经手术切除治愈。至今已5年余,近期随访,肿瘤无复发。现报告如下。患者洪某某,女,38岁,农,陕西省平利县人,住院号47110。于1979年4月12日因左面颈部巨大肿物20年收入院。近2—3年肿物增生较快,造成面颈部严重畸形,影响面容及劳动。体格检查:系统检查未发现特殊异常。口腔颌面部检查:患者头偏向患侧,颈部活动受限。左侧面颈部可见一巨大实体肿物,大小为26×23×15cm~3。上界颧弓,下界颈动 In April 1979, our department received and treated a giant mixed parotid gland tumor and was cured by surgery.
