一、五队发展的基本情况 烟台港一公司装卸五队现有职工210人,其中农民承包工201人,占全队装卸工人总数的96%,正式工只有9名。下设18个生产班组,主要从事火车转运装卸作业。这个被称为农村“生产大队”的特殊集体,从1992~1994年,共计装卸火车76140辆,总计1707902.5吨,封车加固合格率达100%,袋物溢短率为0.25%o,破碎串为“0”,用户满意率为100%。并先后多次被局授予“两个文明建设先进集体”、“货运质量先进集体”、“特别应急分队”、“先进职工之家”等光荣称号;其中一班、三班分别被国家授予“全国优秀质量信得过班组”和“全国水上交通安全优秀班组”称号。几年前,五队的前身只能从事一些清扫库场等杂项作业,而今天发展成为装卸质量好、效率高、作风过硬的特别能战斗的集体。 二、搞好内部管理的做法 1、以人为本,实施凝聚工程。 农民承包工来到港口,大多数感到自卑、地位低下,也有部分正式工轻视承包工。对此,五队倡导了一种“自尊、自重、不自卑,自强、自奋、不自满”的精神,激励承包工奋发向上,并使之成为全体职工的座右铭。 五队有句口号:“有缘走到一起,理应亲如兄弟”,为使远离亲人的职工长期安定愉快地从事码头工作,他们实实在在地为职工做了几件好事。一是把每个工人的生日登
