对有机光电导器件组合中用到的几种新的腙类空穴传输材料4 - ( 二甲氨基) 苯甲醛- 二苯基腙,4 - ( 二苯氨基) 苯甲醛- 二苯基腙,4 ,4′- ( 苯亚氨基) 双苯甲醛- 双( 二苯基腙)的合成条件进行了研究。
Several novel hydrazone hole transport materials 4 - (dimethylamino) benzaldehyde - diphenylhydrazone and 4 - (diphenylamino) benzaldehyde - diphenylhydrazone were used in the combination of organic photoconductive devices. 4, 4’- (phenylimino) bis benzaldehyde - bis (diphenylhydrazone) synthesis conditions were studied.
