本文报告了河北产东业钳蝎毒及从蝎毒分离出的抗癫痫肽,对用头孢菌素和马桑内脂诱发大鼠癫痫的对抗作用。同时检测并记录了大鼠的全部ECoG和行为。以癫痫发作的潜伏期、发作程度、死亡率和平均总持续时间为指标,比较生理盐水对照组与安定、蝎每、抗癫痫肽作用的强度。结果,安定、蝎毒、抗癫痫肽均使头孢菌素引起癫痫的潜伏期比对照组延长,发作程度减轻,平均总持续时间缩短。安定组与抗癫痫肽组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。安定、蝎毒、抗癫痫肽均使马桑内脂诱发癫痫的潜伏期明显延长,发作程度明显减轻,死亡率由80%下降到零,发作平均总持续时间亦显著缩短。各组与对照组差异非常显著(P<0.01)。
This paper reports the scorpion venom produced in Hebei Province and the antiepileptic peptide isolated from scorpion venom and its antagonism on epilepsy induced by cephalosporin and marlalipid in rats. The total ECoG and behavior of rats were also detected and recorded. Taking the latent period, seizure degree, death rate and average total duration of seizures as indexes, the intensity of the effect of saline and diazepam on the anti-epileptic peptide was compared. Results, stability, scorpion venom, anti-epileptic peptide cephalosporins cause cephalosporin-induced epilepsy latency than the control group, reduce the extent of the attack, the average total duration of shortening. There was a significant difference between diazepam group and antiepileptic peptide group and control group (P <0.05). Stability, scorpion venom and antiepileptic peptides all significantly increased the incubation period of epilepsy induced by marlalipid, and significantly reduced the degree of seizures. The mortality rate decreased from 80% to zero and the average duration of episodes was significantly shortened. The difference between each group and the control group was significant (P <0.01).
