目的:研究洋葱总黄酮的大孔树脂纯化工艺条件。方法:通过对洋葱总黄酮在4种大孔树脂上的吸附与解析附特性的比较,筛选最佳树脂,并对该树脂影响因素进行系统研究。结果:纯化工艺以AB-8大孔树脂分离洋葱总黄酮,样品浓度为3.48 mg·ml~(-1),上样体积为2倍柱体积(BV),先用蒸馏水洗脱3BV除杂,再用3BV的70%乙醇解析。结论:所得产品总黄酮平均含量为66.84%,此工艺操作简便,稳定性好。
Objective: To study the macroporous resin purification technology of total flavonoids in onion. Methods: The best resin was screened by comparing the adsorption and resolution of four kinds of macroporous resin with the total flavonoids of onion. The influencing factors of the resin were systematically studied. Results: The total flavonoids of Onion were separated by AB-8 macroporous resin in the purification process. The sample concentration was 3.48 mg · ml -1. The volume of the sample was 2 column volumes (BV) Then use 3BV 70% ethanol to resolve. Conclusion: The average content of total flavonoids in the product is 66.84%. The process is easy to operate and has good stability.
