城市小学与农村小学相比,乡村小学存在着一定的差距,这表现在办学条件、师资素质和教育质量等方面。发展农村,必须先发展教育。许多有识之士呼吁,扶贫,要先扶智。我省创建的“农、科、教”体制,就是为了在发展农村中强化教育的地位与作用。目前,国家一下子拿不出许多经费来改善农村的办学条件。那么,农村的教育出路何在呢?农村教育应在提高师资素质、提高教育质量上下功夫。如能充分发挥城市小学的优势,加强城市小学对农村小学的辐射,以城市小学为依托,建立城乡小学协作区,进行双向交流,就能达到共同发展的目的。这是一条不花钱或少花钱就可以促进农村小学发展的好路子。
