本文讨论了场发射尖端附近电场强度分布,对W[111]场致电子发射特性作了实验研究。提出计算尖端附近电场的经验公式:E=3v/(2rln(4d/r))得到:当真空度为1×1~(-9)托,束流为1～5μA时,场发射电流的稳定性ΔI/I<2%。
In this paper, the distribution of electric field near the field emission tip is discussed and the field emission characteristics of W [111] are experimentally studied. The empirical formula for calculating the electric field near the tip is given: E = 3v / (2rln (4d / r)): The field emission current is stable when the vacuum is 1 × 1 ~ (-9) Torr and the beam current is 1 ~ 5μA Sex ΔI / I <2%.
