台政办发〔2013〕4号各县(市、区)人民政府,市政府直属各单位:2012年春运工作,在市委、市政府的正确领导和社会各界的大力支持下,全市各级政府、各有关部门、各运输单位按照“以人为本、安全第一、以客为主、优质便捷”的指导原则,精心组织、周密部署、科学调度,圆满完成了全市春运工作的各项任务。期间,全市涌现出一大批先进单位和先进个人。经市政府研究,决定对在2012年春运工作中做出突出成绩的椒江区人民政府等39个单位和李彬等53人予以通报表彰。
