转向架是动车组的走行装置,转向架系统的功能影响着列车的运营速度和运行品质。动车组转向架一旦发生故障,将会导致非常严重的后果。文中介绍了动车组转向架的轴端温度监测,速度传感器监测,横向加速度检测的工作过程,并且分析了在监测到故障数据时列车中央控制单元的处理方案。本文通过动车组转向架在线监测系统的介绍为后续动车组转向架稳定性和可靠性研究,最大限度发挥设备的的工作潜力,预知维修并能视情维修及延长服务期限和使用寿命,提供重要的理论支持。
The bogie is the traveling unit of the EMU. The function of the bogie system affects the operation speed and running quality of the train. EMU bogies in the event of failure, will lead to very serious consequences. This paper introduces the working process of axial temperature monitoring, speed sensor monitoring and lateral acceleration detection of the bogies of EMU, and analyzes the processing scheme of the train central control unit when the fault data is monitored.
