肺动脉压测定无疑对早期肺心病的诊断具有重要意义。如能在心导管以外寻找无创伤性方法测定肺动脉压为临床诊断及治疗效果提供参考材料可能更有实用价值。1964年Enson等按方程式演算肺动脉平均压(P_(AM))与导管测压相对照,发现二者有很大相关。后来更有人谓可代替导管测压检查。1977年第二次全国肺心病专业会议山西、新疆有这方面材料(第二次全国肺心病专业会议资料选编),但其可靠性尚有许多说法。我们于1975年在一组病例验证P_(AM)临床价值,以后并对其中部分病例在两年后复查,兹报导如下。
Pulmonary arterial pressure measurement is undoubtedly of great importance in the early diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease. It may be more practical to find a noninvasive method for measuring pulmonary arterial pressure outside the cardiac catheter to provide a reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. In 1964, Enson et al. Calculated the mean pulmonary artery pressure (P_ (AM)) as a function of catheter manometry according to the equation and found that there was a significant correlation between them. More people later said that instead of catheter manometry check. The second national conference of pulmonary heart disease in 1977 in Shanxi, Xinjiang has this material (the second national pneumoconiosis meeting of selected materials), but its reliability there are many statements. We verified the clinical value of P_ (AM) in a group of patients in 1975 and later reviewed some of these cases in two years. We report the following.
