目的了解呼和浩特市乳制品中三聚氰胺残留情况。方法从超市采集69份奶粉制备的休闲乳制品及奶酪和奶皮等传统乳制品,另外采集4个品牌128份液态奶。采用高效薄层色谱法和免疫胶体金检测卡进行三聚氰胺残留检验。结果 197份样品中除了7份奶粉制备的休闲乳制品和2个工厂制作奶酪免疫胶体金法检验结果可疑外,其他样品检验结果均为阴性。结论 高效薄层色谱法虽不如免疫胶体金法灵敏,但检测成本较低,适合进行日常大规模筛查性检验。
Objective To understand the residues of melamine in dairy products in Hohhot. Methods Sixty-nine milk powder-made leisure dairy products, cheese and milk skins were collected from supermarkets, and another 128 brands of liquid milk from four brands were collected. Melamine residues were tested by high performance thin layer chromatography and immunogold gold assay. Results The results of 197 samples were all negative except 7 samples of milk-free dairy products and 2 factories’ cheese immuno-colloidal gold assay. Conclusion Although high performance thin layer chromatography is not as sensitive as immune colloidal gold, its detection cost is lower and suitable for routine large-scale screening tests.
