学习讨论落实活动开展以来,中条山集团团委分层级对活动的主题、目标任务进行了传达学习,举办了各直属团干部、各分(子)公司团委委员、部分基层团干部、青安岗岗长代表参加的专题培训班。结合工作实际,我在这里谈几点体会。正确理解“重要历史关头”的含义要认清山西的形势,认清活动开展的大背景。当前的严峻形势和时代背景,用一句话来归纳,就是“山西正处在重要历史关头”。这是怎样的一个重要历史关头?我觉得,应从以下三个方面理解和认识。政治生态:系统性、塌方式严重腐败。2013年10月,中央巡视组指出,山西尚未形成反腐的高压态势。2014年9月1日,中共中央政治局常委、中央书记处书记刘云山强调:“山西省的政治生态存在不少问题,党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争形势严峻”。山西系统性、塌
