目的对江阴市2004-2013年报告的副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病暴发进行流行病学分析,为该类食源性疾病的防控提供依据。方法用回顾性流行病学分析法对江阴市2004-2013年报告的副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病暴发进行分析,相关资料录入计算机,用Excel软件进行统计分析。结果江阴市2004-2013年共发生44起副溶血性弧菌食源性疾病暴发,占细菌性食物中毒总数的45.36%。发生高峰季节是7~9月。发生地点以熟食卤菜店为主。中毒人群年龄、性别和职业无特异性。平均潜伏期为12.5 h;临床症状以腹痛、腹泻为主。归因食物以凉拌菜、水产品为主。结论根据副溶血弧菌食源性疾病的流行病学特点,应加强食品安全监管。
Objective To analyze the epidemiology of foodborne diseases caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus reported in Jiangyin from 2004 to 2013, and provide the basis for the prevention and control of these foodborne diseases. Methods The retrospective epidemiological analysis was used to analyze the outbreak of foodborne disease caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus reported in Jiangyin from 2004 to 2013. The related data were recorded in computer and analyzed by Excel software. Results In 2004-2013, a total of 44 Vibrio parahaemolyticus foodborne disease outbreaks occurred in Jiangyin City, accounting for 45.36% of the total number of bacterial food poisonings. The peak season occurs from July to September. Occurred place cooked deli Lu Cai shop. Poisoned population age, gender and occupation is not specific. The average incubation period was 12.5 h; clinical symptoms were abdominal pain and diarrhea. Attributed to food salad, aquatic products. Conclusion According to the epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases of Vibrio parahaemolyticus, food safety regulation should be strengthened.
