目的:探讨急性心肌梗死病人心肌酶与∑Q面积的关系。方法:对134例起病24h内就诊的急性心肌梗死病人的CK、GOT、LDH、HBDH等心肌酶峰值与心电图∑Q面积关系进行研究,分别分为前壁组和下后壁组。结果:相关系数前壁组分别为0.61、0.30、0.32、0.24;下后壁组分别为0.59、0.21、0.38、0.30;回归方程前壁组分别为Ya=617+6.96x(P<0.01)、Ya=117.4+0.68x(P<0.01)、Ya=785+0.84x(P<0.01)、Ya=893+0.35x(P<0.05);下后壁组分别为Yb=1138+31.8x(P<0.01)、Yb=201+2.8x(P>0.05)、Yb=761.4+45x(P<0.01)、Yb=774+1.78x(P<0.05)。结论:心肌酶与∑Q面积之间存在一定相关性,通过∑Q面积可间接反映心梗范围,是一种简便、易掌握、便于开展的方法。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between myocardial enzymes and ΣQ area in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: The relationship between the peak values of CK, GOT, LDH, HBDH and other cardiac enzymes in 134 patients with acute myocardial infarction within 24 hours of onset and the ΣQ area of electrocardiogram were studied and divided into anterior wall group and inferior posterior wall group respectively. Results: The correlation coefficient anterior wall group were 0.61,0.30,0.32,0.24; the lower posterior wall group were 0.59,0.21,0.38,0.30; regression equation anterior wall group Ya = 617 + 6.96x (P <0.01), Ya = 117.4 + 0.68x (P <0.01) 893 + 0.35x (P <0.05). The lower posterior wall group was Yb = 1138 + 31.8x (P <0.01) P <0.01), Yb = 774 + 1.78x (P <0.05). Conclusion: There is a certain correlation between myocardial enzyme and ΣQ area. The area of myocardial infarction can be directly reflected by ΣQ area, which is a simple, easy to grasp and easy to carry out.
