作者通过对河北省10所院校的教师随机抽样调查,获取了包括专任教师的基本信息、他们对双师型教师的认识、他们对学校进行双师型教师队伍建设的态度、对学校双师型教师队伍建设工作的评价和对双师型教师队伍建设的剖析与建议五个方面的数据,经过统计分析,指出解决教师的主观愿望与客观可行性之间的矛盾,学校对双师素质教师的客观需求与实际现状之间的矛盾的根本在于完备、健全、操作性强的双师素质教师培养培训制度和机制,提供政策、资金、时间和机会四方面的保障。
