苦参碱等五种生物碱为免疫抑制剂,对T细胞介导的肿瘤相伴免疫试验,其免疫抑制指数,苦参碱1.24>槐胺碱0.84>氧化苦参碱0.77>槐定碱0.74>槐果碱0.67。对依赖T细胞的抗SRBC抗体反应,苦参碱、氧化苦参碱、槐胺碱都有明显抑制作用、槐果碱、槐定碱抑制效应不明显。对血清溶菌酶活性槐果碱、槐胺碱有增强作用,其余三种生物碱既无增强又无抑制作用。对巨噬细胞吞噬功能、苦参碱、槐定碱有明显抑制作用,其余三种生物碱没有明显抑制作用。总的来说,苦参碱的抑制效应较强,槐果碱的抑制效应较弱。

The macrophage phagocytosis, matrine, sophordine have significant inhibitory effect, the remaining three alkaloids did not significantly inhibit the role. In general, matrine has a strong inhibitory effect, and sophocarpine has a weaker inhibitory effect.
