本文对国产~(51)铬释放试验的实验条件(靶细胞、~(51)铬的用量、标记时间及标记细胞的存放等)进行了探讨。与英国放化中心提供的~(51)铬酸钠相比,国产~(51)铬制剂虽然放射性比度、利用率和标记率较低,但用量在100—200μci时细胞毒性反应甚轻,自然释放率小于15%。通过NK细胞活性的测定表明:国产~(51)铬释放法是令人满意的。
In this paper, the experimental conditions of the domestic (51) chromium release test (the amount of target cells, the amount of ~(51) chromium, the labeling time, and the storage of labeled cells) were investigated. Compared with the (51) sodium chromate provided by the British Radiochemical Center, although the radioactivity, utilization, and labeling rate of domestic (51) chromium preparations are low, the cytotoxicity is small at doses of 100-200 μg. The natural release rate is less than 15%. The determination of NK cell activity shows that the domestic ~(51) chromium release method is satisfactory.
