幼儿园教师多为女性,除了教师,她们还担任着多种社会角色:为人妻,为人母,为人女。上班,她们在幼儿园不仅要保教并重,为幼儿的健康成长保驾护航,还要参加各类评比活动,迎接各种检查,面对形形色色的家长。下班,她们回家要做家务,带孩子,照顾老人,还要抽空进行专业学习。承受着来自工作与家庭的双重压力,教师难免会产生焦躁、心烦等情绪,总是在这样心理因素的影响下,工作质量是难以得到保证的,因此我们要不断地激发与鼓励,促进每位教师发挥其才能,释放其潜能,提高教师工作积极性。那么,怎样才能提高教师的工作积极性呢?
Kindergarten teachers are mostly female, in addition to teachers, they also play a variety of social roles: a wife, a mother, a woman. At work, both in kindergarten, they should not only pay equal attention to persevere, but also take care of the healthy growth of young children. Under the influence of such psychological factors, the quality of work is hard to be guaranteed. Therefore, we must continue to inspire and encourage everyone Teachers play their talents, release their potential and improve the enthusiasm of teachers. So, how can we improve the enthusiasm of teachers?
