目的探讨结石拦截网在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术中应用的效果。方法输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术中联合应用结石拦截网治疗32例输尿管结石患者。镜下发现结石后采用COOK结石拦截网截拦结石,再启动汽压弹道碎石。结果32例患者中,拦截结石成功29例,无效3例。结论结石拦截网具有操作简单,拦截结石明显,耐用不变形,可反复使用等特点。结石拦截网技术是一种在输尿管镜气压弹道碎石过程有效防止结石上移的新方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of stone intercepting mesh in ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy. Methods ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy combined application of stone interception mesh in the treatment of 32 cases of ureteral calculi. After the stone was found under the mirror stone block COOK stone intercept stones, and then start the steam pressure lithotripsy. Results Among the 32 patients, 29 were successfully stopped and 3 were ineffective. Conclusion Stone interception network has the characteristics of simple operation, obvious stone interception, durable deformation, reusable and so on. Stone interception network technology is a new method in the ureteroscopic pneumatic lithotripsy to effectively prevent the stone from moving up.
