急性缺血性脑卒中( AIS)是一类发病率高、预后差的老年性疾病,其发病主要与动脉粥样硬化有关,而粥样硬化斑块的形成和稳定与内脂素存在关联。内脂素具有多种生物学活性,并可通过多条路径参与AIS的发生和发展。细胞内内脂素具有烟酰胺磷酸二核糖转移酶活性,能够调节细胞的能量代谢,防止脑部血管缺血缺氧;而细胞外内脂素具有促炎作用,可加重梗死的严重程度。此外,内脂素还具有类胰岛素作用,调节机体的物质代谢,增加AIS的发病风险。“,”Acute ischemic stroke(AIS),a geriatric disease of high incidence with poor prognosis,the onset of which is mainly associated with atherosclerosis,and visfatin is important in the formation and sta-blization of atherosclerosis.Visfatin,a novel adipokine with multiple biological activituies,participates in the occurrence and development of AIS through various pathways.Intracellular visfatin has a neuroprotective effect in ischemia through nicotinamide phosphate ribose transferase activity , which can regulate the cell energy metabolism,however,extracellular visfatin has been revealed to increase inflammatory cytokines which may aggravate the stroke.In addition,visfatin also has an insulin-like cytokine function,which can regulate metab-olism of the body and increase the risk of AIS.
