目的分析丰台区2013年水产品和腹泻患者分离的副溶血性弧菌分子生物学特征及其两者之间的遗传相关性,建立丰台区副溶血性弧菌分子分型数据库。方法对水产品及腹泻患者中分离到的72株副溶血弧菌进行PFGE分子分型,利用Bio Numerics 5.10分析软件对图谱进行聚类分析。结果 50株水产品来源的菌株分成48个PFGE型、22株腹泻患者来源的菌株分成13个PFGE型、对菌株间的相似性进行比较发现8个100%同源的PFGE型,其他菌株的分子特征的同源性均大于50%,水产品和腹泻患者来源的菌株分子特征同源性小于80%。结论丰台区2013年腹泻患者分离株与水产品分离株间PFGE带型具有相似性,但是两者间的关联需要进一步流行病学证据支持。水产品来源菌株基因型呈多态分布,腹泻患者菌株整体没有发现明显优势菌群。
Objective To analyze the molecular biological characteristics of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from patients with aquatic products and diarrhea in Fengtai District in 2013 and the genetic correlation between them, and establish the molecular typing database of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in Fengtai District. Methods 72 strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus isolated from aquatic products and diarrhea patients were genotyped by PFGE, and the data were analyzed by Bio Numerics 5.10 software. Results 50 strains of aquatic products were divided into 48 PFGE types, and 22 strains of diarrhea-derived strains were divided into 13 PFGE types. Eight strains with 100% homologous PFGE were found by comparison of the similarities among isolates. The other strains The identities of all the isolates were more than 50%. The molecular identities of the isolates from aquatic products and diarrhea patients were less than 80%. Conclusions Fengtai District 2013 diarrhea patients with isolates of aquatic products PFGE band similarities, but the correlation between the two needs further epidemiological evidence support. The genotypes of the strains from aquatic products were polymorphic, and no obvious dominant bacteria were found in the diarrhea patients.
