自上世纪末以来,我国职业教育尤其是高等职业教育蓬勃发展,正由外延型扩张步入内涵型发展的道路,决定高等职业教育未来走向与命运的根本在于职业教育的培养质量,而师资队伍是高等职业教育培养质量的决定性因素——这就决定了建设一支高素质的“双师型”教师队伍的重要地位和战略意义。本文首先试图纠正外界对“双师型”教师涵义的误解,澄清“双师型”教师的真正涵义,而后进一步指出“双师型”教师所应当具备的素质,最后,针对我国现今的高等职业教育现状,根据笔者多年从事高等职业教育工作的经验,分别从加强指导、鼓励实践、考核激励、积极参与、引进充实等角度,提出了培养、建设“双师型”教师队伍的系统解决方案。
