After the Second World War, Japan actively implemented the development strategy of “establishing a nation based on economy” and has been carrying the banner of “science and technology and trade” for a long time and has vigorously developed its national economy and created “a miracle in Japan.” Therefore, by the 1970s and 1980s, Japan was justifiably becoming the second-largest economy in the world and could economically and technically compete with all European countries and the United States. At a time when the globalization trend is expanding and the science and technology information industry is developing at a rapid rate, Japan began to think and practice the cultural industry and gradually built and developed the internal culture itself into a fusion and radiating external culture. The purpose of this paper is to study and explain the investment and financing modes of Japanese culture industry and the strategy of market development so as to gain some experiences that other countries should learn from and learn from.
