炎性损伤、细胞凋亡、氧自由基损伤及钙超载均参与了脑缺血后的病理损伤过程,近些年研究表明PPARγ对上述病理过程具有调控作用。本文将对相关研究进行综述,并提出一种新的观点:PPARγ有望成为治疗缺血性脑血管病新的干预靶点。
Inflammatory injury, apoptosis, oxygen free radical damage and calcium overload are involved in the process of pathological damage after cerebral ischemia. In recent years, studies have shown that PPARγ has a regulatory effect on the above pathological process. This article will review the relevant research and put forward a new view: PPARγ is expected to become a new therapeutic target for ischemic cerebrovascular disease.
