On September 26, 2012, Xia Xinghua, deputy director of Civil Aviation Authority, presented Mr. Richard Hill, General Manager of Career Development Department of Rolls-Royce Co., Ltd. in Beijing, ”China Civil Aviation Friendship Award ". This is the first time in history of civil aviation that China has set a prize for foreign friends.
