玉米籽粒氨基酸含量间相关性和配合力的研究结果表明,籽粒赖氨酸含量与色氨酸含量之间呈极显著正相关,籽粒色氨酸、赖氨酸含量与粗蛋白质含量间呈极显著负相关。赖氨酸与天门冬氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、组氨酸、精氨酸呈显著或极显著正相关,与丙氨酸、亮氨酸、酪氨酸呈显著负相关。组氨酸和脯氨酸以基因加性效应为主,蛋氨酸、酪氨酸、苏氨酸、丙氨酸和天门冬氨酸等基因加性和非加性效应几乎同等重要,而缬氨酸、亮氨酸和赖氨酸等以非加性效应为主。赖氨酸与百粒重、产量不呈明显的相关性。本文为玉米品质育种中杂交亲本的选配提供一些理论依据。

Lysine and 100-grain weight, yield no significant correlation. This paper provides some theoretical basis for the selection of hybrid parents in maize quality breeding.
