随着机器人手术技术的逐渐发展,机器人技术已逐渐应用在泌尿系统各种手术,其中机器人辅助腹腔镜肾上腺切除术已成为可替代传统腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的一种选择。然而关于该手术的应用现状和研究进展尚未有总结。机器人辅助腹腔镜肾上腺切除术可通过经腹腔途径和经后腹腔途径完成,该术式在手术时间、出血量以及住院时间等效果与腹腔镜肾上腺切除术相当。本综述就机器人辅助腹腔镜肾上腺切除术的手术技术特点、适应证、手术效果等作一总结。
With the gradual development of robotic surgery technology, robotic technology has been gradually applied to various urological surgery. Among them, robotic assisted laparoscopic adrenalectomy has become an alternative to traditional laparoscopic adrenalectomy. However, the application of the surgical status and research progress has not been concluded. Robot-assisted laparoscopic adrenalectomy can be performed both by the transabdominal approach and via the retroperitoneal approach, which is equivalent to laparoscopic adrenalectomy in terms of operation time, amount of bleeding, and length of stay. This review summarizes the technical features, indications, and surgical effects of robot assisted laparoscopic adrenalectomy.
