在“互联网+”背景下,面对网上超市迅猛发展带来的冲击,线下实体超市需要采取措施提高购物满意度,迎接来自互联网的挑战。本文建立实体超市购物满意度指标体系,共27项指标,利用问卷数据,采用因子分析法,得到便利性、服务、价格、商家诚信度、购物安全性、触摸体验、购物体验和产品种类这八个公共因子,其中,购物的便利性是最重要的指标,其次是服务、价格等。
In the “Internet + ” background, in the face of the impact of the rapid development of online supermarkets, offline physical supermarkets need to take measures to improve shopping satisfaction, to meet the challenges from the Internet. In this paper, we set up an index system of shopping satisfaction in physical supermarkets, using a total of 27 indicators. Using questionnaire data and factor analysis, we obtained convenience, service, price, business integrity, shopping safety, touch experience, shopping experience and product category A public factor, of which shopping convenience is the most important indicator, followed by services, prices and so on.
