目的了解云南省会泽县2005-2007年孕产妇艾滋病感染现状和流行特点。方法利用2005-2007年妇幼、卫生孕产妇HIV抗体筛查报表和HIV阳性孕产妇个案资料进行分析。结果会泽县在2005-2007年中对14 671例住院分娩孕产妇HIV抗体筛查的结果表明,15例确认HIV抗体阳性;其中13例抗体阳性孕产妇系通过异性性接触感染,2例感染途径不详。结论会泽县艾滋病的感染流行形势十分严峻。建议广泛开展婚前HIV咨询和安全性行为宣传;开展社区健康教育,设立产前门诊常规HIV检测,提高孕产妇HIV自愿咨询检测率等。
Objective To understand the status and prevalence of HIV infection among pregnant women in Huize County of Yunnan Province from 2005 to 2007. Methods 2005-2007 maternal and child health and maternal HIV antibody screening report and HIV-positive pregnant women case data for analysis. Results Huize county in 2005-2007 on 14,671 cases of in-hospital delivery of pregnant women, HIV antibody screening results showed that 15 cases confirmed HIV antibody positive; of which 13 cases of antibody-positive pregnant women through heterosexual contact infection, 2 cases of infection Ways unknown. Conclusion The prevalence of HIV / AIDS in Huize County is very serious. Propose a wide range of pre-marital HIV counseling and safety behavior advocacy; community health education, the establishment of routine antenatal clinics HIV testing, improve maternal HIV voluntary counseling and testing rate.
