目的探讨应用闭合复位骨圆针穿刺治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法自2007-01-2009-12深圳平乐骨伤科医院采用闭合复位穿入2枚骨圆针治疗肱骨干骨折73例,术后弹力带、三角巾悬吊固定4周。结果 73例全部得到随访,随访时间6～18个月,平均12个月,无骨折不愈合。骨折临床愈合时间平均为14周,术后肩肘关节功能恢复良好。结论该术式操作简便,创伤小,固定可靠,并发症少,是治疗肱骨干骨折的较好方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of closed reduction and circular needle aspiration in the treatment of humeral shaft fractures. Methods From January 2007 to December 2009, 73 patients with humeral shaft fractures were treated by closed reduction and penetrating two bone round needles in Shenzhen Pingle Orthopedics Hospital. The elastic bands and the trimmings were fixed for 4 weeks. Results All the 73 cases were followed up for 6 to 18 months with an average of 12 months without fracture nonunion. Fracture clinical healing time averaging 14 weeks, shoulder and elbow joint function recovered well. Conclusions The procedure is simple, less traumatic, reliable and less complicated. It is a better method for the treatment of humeral shaft fractures.
