本文主要分析小学数学教师教学设计中所存在的问题,将小学数学教师教学设计能力框架作为模型框架,并且对小学教学教师进行了系统化的调查研究,其中研究了一些案例内容,从案例中分析了小学数学教师设计中所遇到的几个问题,将问题和我国的现状进行结合,最后总结出了出现的重要问题,教师在培训当中本身就应该注意这些问题,经过本文的研究给出了具体的原因。
