目的 筛选化疗药物，提高肿瘤化学治疗的预见性。方法采用ＭＴＴ法检测３５例手术切除的消化道恶性肿瘤组织对几种常用化疗药物的敏感性，根据其结果选择化疗药物，指导临床化疗，并与经验化疗组进行比较。结果 ＭＴＴ指导组总有效率为７７．１％，经验化疗组总有效率４２．２％，两组比较。差异有非常显著意义（ Ｐ＜０． ０１）。结论 ＭＴＴ体外药敏试验指导恶性肿瘤化疗方法可行，疗效满意。
Objective To screen chemotherapeutic drugs and improve the predictability of cancer chemotherapy. Methods MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of 35 surgically resected gastrointestinal malignant tumors to several common chemotherapeutic agents. According to the results, chemotherapeutic agents were selected to guide clinical chemotherapy and compared with the empirical chemotherapy group. Results The total effective rate of the MTT-guided group was 77.1%, and the total effective rate of the chemotherapy-stimulated group was 42.2%. The difference was very significant (P < 0. 01). Conclusion MTT in vitro drug susceptibility test can guide the malignant tumor chemotherapy method to be feasible and the curative effect is satisfactory.
