民族德育资源是乡土文明的内核,民族德育资源开发既是促进民族发展的有效手段,又是民族地区实现中国梦的有效切入点。民族德育资源的开发主体是政府、民族和民众,以民族团结、民族发展和民众幸福为方向,以开放、批判继承和创新为开发原则。基于此,以湘西土家族德育资源开发为例,以中国梦为背景探讨少数民族德育资源的开发目标、开发主体、开发方向和开发原则。
National moral resources are the core of local civilization, and the development of national moral resources is both an effective means to promote national development and an effective entry point for realizing the Chinese dream in ethnic regions. The main body of development of national moral resources is the government, the nation and the people. In the direction of national unity, national development and people’s happiness, the principle of opening up, criticizing inheritance and innovation is the principle. Based on this, taking the development of Tujia moral education resources in western Hunan as an example, the paper explores the development goals, development subjects, development directions and development principles of ethnic minority moral education resources on the basis of the Chinese dream.
