目的:探讨双源CT去骨减影3D-CTA对脑血管病的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析60例头颈CT血管成像检查的影像资料,使用西门子双源CT机。获得原始图像传送到工作站进行VR、MPR、CPR、MIP图像后处理重建,并对照手术或DSA结果评估其诊断价值。结果:本组60例,正常19例,异常41例,其中动脉瘤9例,动静脉畸形(AVM)3例,脑动脉狭窄和闭塞29例,与手术及DSA符合率100%。结论:双源CT去骨减影3D-CTA对多种脑血管病的诊断具有肯定的临床应用价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of dual-source CT subtraction 3D-CTA in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular diseases. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 60 cases of head and neck CT angiography imaging data, the use of Siemens dual source CT machine. The original images were sent to the workstation for reconstruction of VR, MPR, CPR and MIP images and their diagnostic value was evaluated according to the operation or DSA results. Results: The group of 60 cases, normal 19 cases, abnormal 41 cases, of which 9 cases of aneurysm, AVM in 3 cases, cerebral artery stenosis and occlusion in 29 cases, with surgery and DSA consistent rate of 100%. Conclusion: Dual-source CT subtraction 3D-CTA has certain clinical value in the diagnosis of various cerebrovascular diseases.
