原油储运库是油田生产与消费的纽带,且本身也同样作为巨大的耗能系统。国内油库已发展成为大型化,库内用能分布广泛,其生产能耗逐渐增大。因此,对原油库系统进行能耗评价,分析其用能利用率,可为油库节能改造提供科学理论依据。而目前针对油库整体系统的能耗评价均忽略了罐内库存量的变化而引起的能量变化。为使能耗评价更精确,在已有的能量平衡方法的基础上,考虑了油库内库存量变化而导致的能量变化,使能量利用达到新的平衡,得出新型的能量平衡模型,并结合此模型给出了能耗评价指标。
Crude oil storage and transportation reservoir is a link between oil production and consumption, and itself also acts as a huge energy-consuming system. Domestic oil depots have developed into large-scale, with a wide distribution of energy within the reservoir, its production energy consumption increased gradually. Therefore, evaluating the energy consumption of the crude oil depot system and analyzing its utilization rate can provide a scientific theoretical basis for the energy-saving retrofit of the depot. At present, the assessment of energy consumption of the whole system of oil depots all neglects the energy changes caused by the changes of the stock in the tank. In order to make the evaluation of energy consumption more accurate, based on the existing energy balance method, the energy change caused by the change of inventory in the oil depot is considered, a new balance of energy utilization is reached, and a new energy balance model is obtained, combined with This model gives the evaluation index of energy consumption.
