随着新一轮课程改革的全面推进,对初中教师的角色要求也发生了比较大的变化。在这样的背景下,教师要自觉自地主动学习提升,接受新的观念,逐渐转变传统的角色定位,领悟新课改对初中教师角色的要求,在教育教学活动中,扮演好新课改赋予教师的角色。本文就这方面做相应的探讨,旨在对新课改下教师角色定位提供一定的理论指导。
With the all-round promotion of the new round of curriculum reform, there has also been a relatively large change in the role requirements of junior high school teachers. In this context, teachers should consciously and voluntarily learn to upgrade, accept new ideas, gradually change the traditional role of positioning, understanding of the new curriculum reform of junior high school teachers' role requirements, in education and teaching activities, to play a good new curriculum reform given Teacher's role. This article makes a corresponding discussion in this aspect, which aims to provide some theoretical guidance for the teachers' role orientation under the new curriculum reform.
