美术是现实生活中的一项重要的文化活动,与时代紧密联系在一起,而农村的小学美术教学在素质教育的过程中相对薄弱,存在着教学设施不足,师资力量薄弱等问题。美术教育是一种艺术学科,对学生个人素质和成长起着重要的作用。我国小学美术的教育能够提升学生的创作能力,对人文综合素质等方面发挥着很大的作用,因此,本文主要讲述了在素质教育的背景下开展小学美术教学工作的意义,怎样在素质教育的背景下开展小学美术的教育工作以及素质教育下小学美术教育所蕴含的意义。
