This article aims to analyze the direct anti-tumor effect of human interferon (IFN) on renal cell carcinoma. Human renal cell carcinoma (JRC11) was transplanted into nude mice and IF was treated with IFN-γ (1×10 15 IU, 5×). 10~5I.U.) and IFN-α(3×10~5J.RU, 6×10~5J.RU) were divided into separate administration group and combined administration group.
