采用对杂交棉铃施用GA3和NAA,进行杂种胚离体培养与试管内染色体加倍三者相结合的种间杂交新方案,快速得到了陆地棉×G.sturtianum可育杂种,考察了各代杂种性状的传递规律,发现斯特提棉具有向杂种后代传递耐低温及抗黄萎病等的遗传潜力。首次育成了兼具丰产、优质、抗病、抗旱、抗盐碱等性状的秦远4号新品种及一批优异种质资源,并提出了高效实用的操作程序。
By using GA3 and NAA to hybrid cotton bolls, a new interspecific hybridization scheme was developed, which was in vitro hybridization between hybrid embryos and chromosome doubling in vitro. sturtianum fertile hybrids, examined the transmission characteristics of the hybrids of the generations and found that the sterility cotton has the genetic potential to deliver cold tolerance and resistance to Verticillium wilt to the offspring of hybrids. For the first time bred new varieties and a number of excellent germplasm resources of Qinyuan 4, with both high yield, high quality, disease resistance, drought resistance, salt resistance and other traits, and put forward efficient and practical operating procedures.
