高效课堂强调学生的学习主体地位,导致一些教师过分强调学生的主体作用,淡化教师的主导作用,降低高效课堂的实效性。因此,本文首先阐述教师主导与学生主体之间的辩证关系,认为要辩证地看待教师的地位,既不能片面夸大,更不能否定教师的作用。提出教师要转变教育教学理念,充分做好课前准备,采取灵活多样的教学方法,培养学生的自主学习习惯。
Efficient classroom emphasizes students’ main body of learning, which leads some teachers to overemphasize the main role of the students, dilute the leading role of teachers and reduce the effectiveness of efficient classroom. Therefore, this article first elaborates the dialectical relationship between teacher-led and student body, and thinks that to view the status of teacher dialectically can not exaggerate one-sidedly, but can not negate the role of teacher. It is suggested that teachers should change their philosophy of education and teaching, fully prepare for the lesson, adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods, and cultivate students’ autonomous learning habits.
