鼻腔嗅神经母细胞病是一种少见的肿瘤。我所1969年9月～1988年2月共收治鼻腔恶性肿瘤775例,其中5例为鼻腔嗅神经母细胞瘤。现报告如下。例1,女性,30岁。因右鼻塞伴鼻衄2年,1974年2月在当地诊断为“息肉”而摘除,术后6个月复发再手术。可是术后1年症状再现。1978年5月在外院第3次手术,病理诊断为“嗅神经母细胞瘤”,转我院放疗。用~(60)Co 鼻前野+右侧野放疗,DT65GY。随访至今健在。例2,男性,37岁。因右鼻塞、间歇鼻衄2年,
Nasal olfactory neuroblastoma is a rare tumor. From September 1969 to February 1988, 775 cases of nasal malignant tumors were treated, of which 5 cases were nasal olfactory neuroblastoma. The report is as follows. Example 1, female, 30 years old. Due to a 2 year history of nasal congestion with a stuffy nose, it was diagnosed as a “polyp” in February 1974 and recurred 6 months after surgery. However, symptoms reappeared 1 year after surgery. In May 1978, the third operation in the external hospital, the pathological diagnosis was “olfactory neuroblastoma” and transferred to our hospital for radiotherapy.
