目的:应用铁蛋白标记技术对结肠癌细胞系 C C L229 细胞膜表面抗原 L E A 的分布进行电镜观察,研究其在免疫电镜中的应用.方法:利用铁蛋白二步法标记羊抗鼠 IG G 抗体示踪 C C L229 细胞表面 L E A 抗原的分布.结果:在 C C L229 细胞膜上有黑色铁蛋白颗粒存在,其颗粒大、反差强.结论:铁蛋白在膜表面抗原标记上有较广泛的应用,与其它电镜标记物相比具有很大的优越性.“,”Objective:Our aim was to trace the LEA antigen on cell membrane of colorectal cancer cell line CCL229 by ferritin conjugated antibody and to study the application of this antibody in immuno electron microscope.Methods:We used ferritin two step method to label goat anti mouse IgG antibody on the cell membrane of the colorectal cancer cell CCL229.
