言语得体是说话的根本原则。本文主要论述了在用英语进行交际时,怎样做到言语得体。在英语教学中,学生使用英语不得体的现象比比皆是。本文列举了几种英语口语表达不得体的现象,并分析了造成英语口语表达不得体的原因。英语口语表达不得体受到众多因素的影响,其中文化背景是制约得体性的一个主要因素。本文最后论述了如何培养学生使用得体的英语进行交际。英语教师既要有意识的导入文化学习,又要引导学生积极主动地学习西方文化,处理好语言学习和文化学习的关系,从而能够灵活自如地运用地道、得体的英语进行交际,达到最佳的交际效果。
Decent speech is the fundamental principle of speaking. This article mainly discusses how to achieve decent speech when communicating in English. In English teaching, students use English in inappropriate phenomena abound. This article lists several phenomena that are not well expressed in spoken English and analyzes the reasons that make the spoken English inappropriate. Oral expression in English is not influenced by many factors, of which the cultural background is a major factor restricting the authenticity. This article concludes with a discussion of how to develop students’ communication in decent English. English teachers should not only consciously introduce cultural learning, but also guide students to actively learn Western culture, deal with the relationship between language learning and cultural learning, which can flexibly use authentic, decent English communication, to achieve the best communication effect.
