52例53只新生血管性青光眼用硅橡胶活门植入管作了板层巩膜瓣下前房植入术。术后经2～24月,平均8.94±6.28月的观察,术后3个月内的近期疗效,有71.69％(38只眼)获显效,11.32％(6只眼)为有效,术后近期内的有效及显效率共为83.01％。对术后近期获显效的37只眼经6～24月,平均10.2±5.97月的远期观察,其远期显效率为72.97％。手术失败的主要原因为Tenon氐囊囊肿,巩膜瓣周围瘢痕形成,植入管脱出以及虹膜睫状体炎。所用硅橡胶植入管有两种,一为水平小臂式,另一为鱼尾式。
