随着我国经济社会的快速发展,网络与信息技术突飞猛进,我们进入了第三次科技革命后的信息时代。在信息时代的背景下,信息技术课的教学能够帮助学生从小掌握信息技术理论和计算机操作知识,有利于他们在网络时代的综合发展,对他们的未来大有进益。相比较城市而言,农村由于硬件设施、师资力量等不足,农村初中信息技术课的教学中存在着很大的障碍与问题,这就使得加强农村初中信息技术课的教学与评价,有效培养掌握信息技术的学生尤为重要。
